"This late-1980s Modi bomber jacket is a striking example of detailed Indian hand-embroidery. The piece is fully covered in densely hand-applied sequins in a rich palette of rose gold, black, red, purple, gold, and blue. Meticulous seed bead outlining traces bold paisley medallions and geometric borders across the front, back, and sleeves. It features an oversized silhouette, a point collar, and a gold-tone shank button closure. The garment is crafted with 100% pure silk, rayon lining, and hand-stitched embellishments. Measurements (laying flat): armpit to armpit 22", waist 20", length 24". The jacket is in very good vintage condition; sequin coverage is dense and intact with no major bare patches, and the rayon lining is present. Care/content tag shows minor age-related softening.
